Peformed oil/filter change, tire rotation and Zaktec application. Service was peformed as expected, but waited at dealership for 2+ hours. Service advisor said they were particularly busy that day. Service Dept. has appointment scheduling problem.

As usual professional service! Tim in service kept me updated as to the progress of my Oil change and application of ptotective bidy wax.
Service did not take long. They even went the extra mile and vacuumed my front carpets, added air to my tires (as well as put a bit of shine on the tires) and cleaned my windshield. So happy and surprised! Great service today- felt good to get into my car :)
