We have been extremely happy with our service up until our last oil change. We specifically asked for some things to be looked at in the vehicle and were told they could not duplicate. 2 weeks later Safelite runs a diagnostic test to replace the windshield and it throws numerous codes including cameras not working. Apparently Infinity Scottsdale only changed the oil, which took 3 hours and did nothing else. Had they run a diagnostic the current code and past codes would have been seen and the past codes which were rectified ... read more
