My service was handled in an efficient manner. It was easy to get an appointment. When I arrived, the service advisor addressed the reason for my visit and started the service process. The service was completed correctly in a timely manner.

It was ok. Services price are very expensive and most important, they never pick up the phone. People there act like they are so busy but they only had 1 other car in the service line. Do not recommend Scottsdale Infiniti. Will be going to Mesa or other location.
