I decided to have my vehicle serviced at Infiniti of Scottsdale after not feeling valued or comfortable at the other dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Matt did an amazing job taking care of my vehicle, as did Marco the service tech. Additionally, I felt valued and was treated with respect. I event pointed out to Matt a blemish on the door interior and the team managed to remove the stain. From here on out I will only service my Infiniti with Infiniti of Scottsdale! Thank you!!

Matt and the team at Infiniti listened to my issues and addressed every one, all under warranty. They also did a multi-point inspection to point out other things that may be needed in near future. I couldn't be more satisfied.
