This dealership is awesome! Everyone I have encountered has been accommodating and super friendly! I don’t normally write reviews but I thought I would make en exception since my experiences here are always great. Tony and Danny from the service department always make sure my car is in tip top shape and make sure I understand what is going on. I had the smoothest process ever! I definitely didn’t have any great experiences with buying cars before, but Tyrone Sterley made everything possible. I would definitely recommend him, and David from finance also helped a lot! I love my new car !
I've always had a great experience. The service center is one of the best. My vehicle is always in top condition after service, and always clean since the service center offered to wash your vehicle before returning it to you. Excellent customer service and professional staff. Alaijah and Jennifer are the best Advisors. They frequently keep you updated on the status of your vehicle while it's in service, which is a plus when it comes to displaying Awesome Customer service. Keep up the excellent work guys👍🏾
I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. Andre was so helpful and made the entire process easy and even FUN! Also, Jessica in the finance department was an absolute pleasure and explained all my options. The car is wonderful. We are looking forward to many years with our QX60...I highly recommend Infiniti of the Palm Beaches...and particularly Andre.
