I purchased my infiniti qx60 in 2017. I have been using the infiniti service since then. My service advisor, Mr. Danny Solorzano has been very helpful and approachable. He is very knowledgeable to all service needs of my qx60 and never took advantage of his clients.
KEVIN JENSEN is the best service person I have ever had. I have owned/leased over 10 Infiniti vehicles over the past several years. Very rarely do you find someone that knows what they're talking about and what they are doing in dealership service departments these days. He under promise and over deliver on everything. I wish I could give them no stars I bought my 2016 QX60 from there and when I tell u its been nothing but issues since!!!!!! I think it may be a racial issue but whatever it is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM GO TO THE INFINITI LOCATION I BROWARD or a different county, Thats exactly what I plan to do💯
