Coming out of Covid and knowing the supply chain shortfalls for new vehicles, I was worried how buying a new vehicle would be. I had been a previous Infiniti owner, and after dealing with Lexus, I understood the value and care that Infiniti on Camelback takes with their clients. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, go see Lon Williams and get yourself upgraded to luxury and performance.
I finally did! I’ve been talking about it for a long time and Brian,John, and Lon made it happen. I can’t stop smiling I am so happy with my purchase.
Lon was amazing. He took so much time with us to explain how the car worked and showed us all the features. He even came up our house two weeks after we purchased to make sure we understood all of the features. This has by far been the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! Additionally, the dealer was willing to work with us on offers we were finding elsewhere. Truly, they wanted to EARN our business which is not common in todays world. Thank you for all you did!
Great service department. Not thrilled with sales department. Sales associate didn’t show up to scheduled meeting.
