My fx35 was having issues. Shutting off, stalling, missing shifts, etc. Took it to the infiniti repair shop, It threw a code that indicated to and the public it was the crankshaft position sensor. P0725. However the tech at infiniti said it was a transmission code and that my valve body was bad, they could not provide any information that supported this claim.
