Bear and Carlos and the whole staff there was awesome incredible and trustworthy and on my side
On meeting the sales person they started the process by asking us us a bunch of financial information before showing us a car.The car buying process took over 7 hours which seems excessive, considering we looked at only two cars and drove only one of them for approximately 15 minutes. The floor mats on both sides of the front floor were dirty when we received the car and it was not washed.
