I was seen promptly and waited at the dealership for service. The waiting room had nice amenities.
Had a dead battery, was seen without an appointment and they replaced battery at no cost to me.
Shelby is great to work with. He usually is pretty up front and honest about any repairs that are needed. Typically in an out without a hassle and treated in professional manner.

It was the best experience from the moment I walked in. My sales person was very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was looking for in a car. Moving along to finance, it was quick and easy and just as professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time in my new infinity. I definitely recommend this store!!
Josh my service advisor does a great job making sure there is a car available for me during my service. He makes sure the service is done in a quick time frame
The shop located a short in the wiring harness that was there when I bought the car from carvana and fixed it. My silverrock warranty only covered some of the costs and the dealership gave me a break on the leftover amount. However I would not recommend buying a car from carvana or purchasing a warranty through silverrock because neither one of them backs their word or their contract. My car still has electrical issues that they aren't making good on so I will be filing suit in small claims court where they can't bring their... read more
