We looked on Home Advisor to find a roofer. Infiniti Roofing and Remodeling contacted me very quickly, and set up a time to meet with me and examine my roof. Turns out my leaking roof was due to hail damage. Ghanni took pictures and showed me what was going on. He was so helpful! Our experience with Infiniti roofing was nothing short of exceptional. From the beginning to the end of the process, we were treated fairly and respectfully. The contact we dealt with (Ben) was courteous and genuinely concerned for our situation. The only problem was a language barrier. The work persons spoke no English so communication was more difficult.
Ben was very responsive and explained everything so I could easily understand things. The workers did a great job very efficiently. Will definitely use them again.
