I spoke with infinity one evening and we agreed on a price and a time. They delivered as promised the next day, they called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and could come earlier if it was ok with me. Well of course it was, normally you get scheduled in a four hour window not an exact time. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Could not have been happier or more satisfied with Infinity!

All the guys were very nice. they explained the work they did, while they did the work. The work they did on our new Heat Pump was outstanding service and workmanship. they made sure before they left, that we knew how to work the unit. Due to a mid-night failure, we placed a repair request prior to sunrise and received a call around 6 AM saying he was on his way to work and would call us upon his arrival to schedule us as our area is in a multiday below freezing weather.
