Very professional and friendly. Jimmy was excellent in explaining the process and our options - no pressure. The work was done in a timely manner, basically, no waiting. The crew was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up any mess they made. We are so pleased with our new HVAC system and would recommend Infinity to everyone we know.

Jimmy called within 5 minutes of my request. The technician, Brent, was 5 minutes early for my appointment. I have a 30 year old system, and I was prepared to have to replace the whole furnace. Brent recommended that we try to find a replacement part first. He left, found the part, and was back in half the time he estimated. Bottom line is that the furnace is back up and running. Brent did a full system check and safety check before leaving. Great customer service and great value.
