Do NOT adopt a puppy from from this business. I received my puppy and he couldn’t even stand properly, let alone walk properly. He didn’t eat for nearly 3 days. Our family veterinarian advised us to take him to the ER because “he could pass away overnight”. Now not only do I have $3000 in veterinarian bills, but I also have an unhealthy pup. A few words to describe Infinity Pups: incompetent, mismanaged, lack of communication, horrible, frustrating, not a real business. If you're looking to make a purchase, be sure you have cleared your entire WEEK. In order to get a puppy through Infinity Pups, YOU do all the leg work! Better communication. Pictures of the parents and more information. Better health for the puppies. Our puppy came with a bladder infection and has had a few more. She was extremely thin and stunk. She is doing well now but original home life was not good. She eats her poop which we’re trying to break her from doing. These pups are from Amish farms and the breeders breed for quantity not quality.
Our Goldendoodle came home with a parasite and there is no one to contact! The breeder gave us all of the wrong paperwork, she handed us the dog and the folder and that was it!
We adopted a beautiful Golden Retriever puppy in August 2020. Unfortunately, our puppy has a serious resource guarding issue since we brought him home. We have seen a vet, an animal behaviorist trainer & now a veterinary behavior specialist to help with this issue - all of whom say this problem is due to the breeder/puppy's parents. UNDERHANDED & UNETHICAL !! Stay away from breeder Jacob Fisher of Infinity Pups! After finally making phone contact with him and settling on a transaction and date to go and PICK-UP the puppy in PA, he requested a $1000 deposit. WE sent it (PRIORITY MAIL $8) and he then calls us to say the puppy "was sold to someone else. Sorry." He tried to say our deposit could be applied to another puppy that is out of our requirement specs and budget. Cannot believe someone could be so shady and underhanded.
Do not buy from this breeder, Puppies are kept in horrible, unhealthy and inhuman conditions. My sister and I each purchased a dog from this breeder. Both were given to us in very unsanitized conditions. We took them to the Vet, and both were infected with a bacteria called Giarda. As per the vet, both puppies were infected at a very advanced level. My puppy had mites on his ear and a severe infection. We have tried reaching out to them and the remain unresponsive.
