No, they are not there for you 24/7 or care. They are useless on the weekends. Good luck getting anyone to talk to you. Oh, you are a Veteran and need medication so you can be discharged from the hospital? They only care about their long weekend off while they neglect the veterans that served this nation. Do not trust your health to Infusion Solutions. My first experience at Infusion Solutions was adequate the 2nd has left me with diminished health. I followed up after my 2nd infusion questioning the procedures and protocols Infusion Solutions follows. The response left me feeling uneasy as they assured me you have a clean room to combine the meds in a sterilized environment like "one you would see on TV".
