I want to say Infusion solutions was great to me. The staff was great and helpful. The reorder on supply was sometimes hard but that's okay. They always tried to help me. However, I want to take the time to talk about the nurse who helped me for 7 months. Her name is Lynn. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I've been sick my whole life and had a lot of nurses. I felt fully taken care of by the whole staff, including the pharmacist who had to make calls to my prescribing physician in order to get necessary approvals—-and my doctor was not returning the calls from the day before! They got it resolved and started my infusion promptly. Nice people and a nice facility!
I went to Infusion Solutions in Everett for treatment. I was treated like family. Xochitl and Rachael were over the top. They stayed with me the whole time as I was nervous about side effects. They were very professional and at the same time personable. They were a great help with everything. When my treatment was done Xochitl walked me to me car and also called me when I got home to make sure I got home ok. Totally impressed. 5 STARS. These girls deserve a bonus!!!
I was not happy when I had to have a picc line. I work every day, and I didn't want to get behind. I couldn't have this slowing me down. The staff with Infusion solutions have made it so I can pretty much keep my normal schedule. They have met me at job sites, they have come for emergency dressing changes no matter where I'm working. The pharmacist made it so I didn't have to pack a pump around and always gets my supplies to me. I can not say enough about these people. I couldn't have gotten through this without them. Everyone at Infusion Solutions was wonderful, kind and professional! My husband came home from the hospital with a picc line; something we had never dealt with before. RN Jaime came to our home and went over care of his picc line, flushing it and administering antibiotics thru it. She taught me how to do everything needed and had me do everything to make sure I was confident. She was fantastic!
