I have had the worst experience with this office/doctor. I am being treated for major depressive disorder, and am dependent on my medication. If I miss a dosage I suffer symptoms similar to withdrawal. I'm not sure if it is Dr. Jolly or the office staff, but there is a constant inability to provide prescription renewals in a timely manner. I drop of renewal requests almost 2 weeks before I know I'll need the new pills, but regularly still don't receive approval in time. I was seen by Dr. Inga Jolly in January,2005 and she was personable. I suffered from several conditions, one of which was dizziness. I explained to her that I was seen by an ER physician at St.Ann's and had a CT but unfortunately it was inconclusive and I was told I should request an MRI. She rolled her eyes and told me to continue to take the antivert for the dizziness that the ER physician had prescribed (explained it was not helping.)I begged for an MRI of my brain that day and returned to her office to beg yet again a we... read more
did'nt like her at all, do not go there and see her, there are to maney good dr. that you can see.
Always put on hold for at least 5 minutes when calling. Dr. Jolly VERY unprofessional and rude when her office staff's errors brought to her attention. Unwilling to provide accurate prescription renewals in a timely manner. VERY unsatisfactory.
