Verified Renter The property is beautiful, the staff has been kind and responsive. I should suggest this is a beautiful property but I do believe it's a bit overpriced.

Verified Renter Inkwell is an excellent place to live. It is not a huge complex so the experience is similar to living in a boutique hotel. Everyone is so pleasant to talk to and very responsive to everyone's needs.

Verified Renter I love living here! It is close to Dallas and all of my favorite stores. Love living near Cheesecake Factory, the Outlets, and Target! Great atmosphere and management who throw events for residents. This is the first positive apartment experience Ive ever had in a very long time.

Verified Renter My experience at Inkwell Watters Creek has been excellent. I have lived at this property for 4 months and can truly say this is the best place I have lived; love it! -The property is well maintained and maintenance requests are promptly handled. -Inside of apartments are new and modern - Office staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Jennifer is amazing! -Building is safe and secure I plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.

Verified Renter I do enjoying living in Inkwell. The leasing office staff has been extremely friendly and helpful during our move, especially considering our move happened from out of state. The maintenance team is also very helpful. They answer to maintenance calls in a timely manner and have been very friendly and courteous during them. The amenities are also amazing. They are always clean and well kept.

Trash complex If you're considering Inkwell at Watters Creek, I recommend looking elsewhere. My experience was dreadful: 1. The management and leasing staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The original team left, and the new staff were rude and indifferent to tenant concerns. 2. The property is consistently dirty, with stained hallways, bad odors, and trash. Verified Renter Terrible. Would not recommend living here. Have had a bad experience with ants and other issue and its only been a month. Cost is too much a month for what im dealing with. not luxury at all.
