Very poor customer care IN'n'OUT Kettering garage took 7 months repairing my vehicle. Their excuses were the couriers were late and the technician who was repairing my vehicle left the job. They refused to hand back my vehicle because the engine was on the floor and they refused to provide me with a courtesy car. As a result I incurred £11 039.62 renting vehicles. Good afternoon, You presented your vehicle with numerous faults, and because of the age and model of the vehicle many of the parts had to be ordered from the main dealer. Unfortunately some of these were delayed which we have no control over. You were kept informed all the way through. Some of the delays were down to us and we apologised and did not charge you for over £3,000 of the repairs to apologise. We did not authorise a hire car and you took this upon yourself to get one. Pretended to do a service I took my car for a FULL service last Saturday. Dropped it off and got a text saying it was ready to collect 30 minutes later. I asked for paperwork of the service and was told it would be emailed to me. Got in my car and my service light was still on the dashboard. I called them when I got home and they offered to switch the light off on Monday.
