Considering that this was a root canal procedure, and let's be honest who wants to have a root canal. Dr. Estes did a wonderful job. She answered all my questions, explained the procedure completely, completed the work and by the time I went to bed I had no soreness or discomfort. She also called me later that evening to see how I was doing. If I ever need the services of an endodontist again I would go back to Dr. Estes. Highly recommended. She did a great job!
I went for a root canal due to severe pain in the area. Dr Estes was great, the procedure was painless and the tooth is so much better. The office staff were all very pleasant and helpful and I can’t thank them enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again in the future. Thank you Dr Estes!!!
I was terrified the FIRST time I needed a root canal. In the end it wasn't nearly as bad as I convinced myself it was going to be. Then not even a month later I needed ANOTHER and that time I wasn't afraid because I knew I'd be taken good care of. They gave me a blanket and held my hand when I got the numbing shots (Worst part for me). If you need one done I highly recommend Innovative Endodontics! Not that I ever want to have one again...but if I do need another I know where to go. <3
Unfortunately, I do not recommend. I was referred to I.E. for an emergency root canal while taking antibiotics to prevent further infection due to the nature of the tooth. The hygienist Sara was amazing and very grateful for her personable demeanor & professionalism. The Dr. that was attending to me upon reviewing my X-rays immediately informed me that I would most likely lose the tooth and that she would not perform the root canal as she needed to speak with referring dentist as it related to replacing my crown. RecommendedThe staff was very nice, and helpful as much as they could be. I’m just frustrated that I was referred here after having a failed root canal somewhere else , only to come here & be sent home with the same problem. It’s frustrating paying a $210 consultation fee, only to be told that I need to be seen somewhere else. I didn’t actually receive any help, just some X-rays. I had an infection, and dental abscess on that same tooth due to the root canal…and was sent home with no treatment. I wouldn’t & will not be returning here... read more
