Effecient in what they do and trustworthy in what they say. From the ladies at the front desk to the Drs to paying your bill knowing they have contacted your insurance company to give you the accurate information.
I was scared to death and the staff calmed me down
Well i was in an extraordinary amount of pain and my mouth was bleeding after i left. I did not like the sneaky approach that your office tried so i purchase your financing plan . Your employees could have just we expect our money up front. This could have been much better by expectinexpecting money AFTER INSURANCE COVERS THE BILL, NOT BEFORE. Never againi imstill very angry with the bullshit I went through
What experience all you people careabout is money ihad to$102.00 for what for a lousy xray I did not need for a consultation I never in my life paid a consultation and to top it off they send me to dentist office in Langhorne that don't even take my insurance they didn't tell them anything made me waste my fuckin time nothing I went there inpain.and I walked in pain money out the window they don't care about the people all they care about the Benjamin's

Mom had a horrible experience at the dentist. The doctor was rude and didnt tell her he was putting the numbing shots in, started work on her before she was even numb, ribbed the tooth out and told her to take advil and leave. Might I add this happened in all of 20 minutes. I should of just done it after watching 4 seasons of Grey's Anatomy. At least I know patient care.
