Until they purchase Flat screen tv's and install them on the wall .They had a tube tv. Flip the beds as mine had a big indent in it. It killed my back. Just added to restless sleep. Took over 18 days to get my info from the study back. They state 5-16 business days. What makes it soo difficult to get my study back in 5 days. Are they understaffed? Not good business to drag out results. The staff was great. Its the tightwad running the financials seems to be money hungry rather than give superior customer service.

I made an appt back in March for a June 10th visit w Dr Razavi. I was NEVER told I'd be seeing a NP (nurse practitioner). I have nothing but respect for NP and PA, but I made an appointment to see Dr Razavi. I filled out all the paperwork work which took at least an 25 mins online, when I made my appt I told the receptionist I had previously seen Dr Razavi in Marin and wanted to update my CPAP machine.
