This was a very different experience. In the past, I have been asked to bring my machine and I have talked directly to the therapist. This time, I was not asked for the machine and I spoke to the therapist remotely. Donna was very pleasant and direct which made me feel relaxed. One thing she said surprised me-that my machine is monitored monthly. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful.
I appreciate that their location is convenient and the staff are very knowledgeable about their product. I had some questions when I went in and the folks were very kind and answered all my questions.
