My initial interview was very informative, and I am impressed with how much more professional the process and the staffing has become. I had my last study done more than ten years ago, same location different company. The difference is dramatic. Looking forward to the study in about one week and I expect it will be equally professional. I love that what took two separate evenings can now be completed in one evening. So much more productive.
