Felicita Miles was a great help! She assisted me throughout my creation of my business account. She was the most helpful and kind person I’ve dealt with while opening a bank account. Even though I had a large amount of questions, she always followed up and was kind. Even afterwards, she followed up and made sure I was comfortable with the online banking. She is amazing!

My first Experience to INOVA was absolutely amazing. Feli who was my advisor took the best care of my needs, setting me up the perfect account.
