They’re the best kind, no judgment answer all questions. Honestly helped me not was just waiting, but with life in general never felt pushed out no matter when I popped in. I enjoyed my free consultation today. Graham explained all of the programs and helped me choose the one that will be best for me. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I signed up right away. They did my bloodwork, bmi and measurements in office, same day. I am excited to begin this program and meet my goals.

I've been going to In Shape for various services for the past 2 years and highly recommend them. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to discuss your treatment options. They also offer many appointment times throughout the week, which makes scheduling very easy.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff and always extremely responsive! I came to this practice with not a whole lot of weight to lose but they have been so helpful with not only helping me shed a few stubborn lbs, but also with helping me maintain my weight. I'd recommend to anyone!
