I love InShapeMD. I've done the program a few times and always lost a little more than I anticipated at the beginning of the program. I am now at my perfect weight. What I love most is I am always able to keep the weight off w/ the help of the phase 2 plan of the program. The staff is always available to assist and encourage. I've recommended it to so many people and those that have tried the program were not disappointed.

Scheduled a Consultation . Came in waited over 30 min to be seen , just to be told 18 year olds ( Legal Adults) Cannot partake in the program. I’d thats the case that should be mentioned on the website . So that time and gas is not being wasted .
