InShapeMD was very professional and helped me obtained my weight loss goals. I thought of myself as active and a relatively healthy eater. While I did go out to eat every so often I was also an avid runner. I did not have a ton to lose just wanted to get back to feeling healthier and myself. They helped me find not a diet but a new way of eating. At first it was difficult but after seeing results and finding a pattern of eating it became worth it. Not only did I lose weight but inches in places I didn’t think was possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to lose even if it’s just a little.
