From the very first day, Graham, his wife & their staff have been incredible. They're knowledgeable, warm & friendly. My experience has been great. They answer any questions I have and I have lost the amount of weight that I was expecting to loose the program was not hard at all. I do not even crave the bad stuff like I used to want. I will be doing one or two more rounds to get to my goal weight. I picked the year program.
