The place was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Love having a self check in. I know it is not anything on your end but I wish the fitness center would be opened earlier or at least a code for 24/7 so I could have utilized it. Having it notbeing opened until 9 was too late for our day to get in there.
I booked this location as a family getaway. Turns out we had to cancel for covid related reason. I called a month in advance to cancel reservations and get a refund. Received an email confirmation and telephone prior to the date that I would get a refund from their office. When the date passed they called and said that they couldn’t honor their exception made by their regional manager. Spoke to manager Tatiana Rocha and she literately said “I have the power. If I say yes you get a refund; if I say no you don’t and I say no”.... read more

Expedia has several ways that you can book and one of them is a non refundable rate plan. Although the house itself was new and nice, this company was misleading from the start. We booked a 5 bedroom at Champions Gate because of its proximity to Universal and because of the lazy river advertised at the resort facilities. We got confirmation on May 4th with a house address listed on it ( just a street address). Absolute terrible company. After leaving a poor review, I gave them an additional opportunity to try and see if a different room would make a difference. They cancelled my review the morning of within a few hours of arriving. They actually stated because of my review, they wouldnt allow me to stay there. They also accused me of committing fraud. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I understand why their are only good reviews on their website. Thats all they allow.

Very unprofessional. Booked with IHM 2 months in advance, paid in full. One week prior to trip, they called to cancel our reservation. The property was having maintenance issues and so sorry , no other property available!! Ruined our trip, ruined our end of year!! CANNOT BE TRUSTED
The property we stayed at was very neat and clean. It exceeded our expectations, however, having lost power for almost 24 hours was unacceptable. This changed the mood of our entire stay. We spent our entire second night with no AC and nopower. We lost approximately $100 in food that spoiled in the refrigerator and freezer.
