Ryan was great! Not only did he do a thorough and professional job with the inspection, he answered all of my questions as we walked through the house to review his findings -- even the really bone-headed ones -- without making me feel like an idiot for having to ask. He didn't talk down to me, but he also didn't use a bunch of jargon I couldn't understand. Getting the inspection was important, but *understanding* the inspection was the really valuable thing to me. Thanks, Ryan!

Communication is a beeeze, every single experience I’ve had with the inspectors themselves has been extremely professional and reliable. The reports are super detailed and have links to recommended repairs (some even have DIY videos). They know what they’re doing and in my opinion are the best in the business. 10/10 would recommend.
We had them do an inspection on a home we purchased. They did a great job going through the whole home and give a great breakdown so we had all the info we needed. By far the best inspection company I have ever used and will use them in the future.
We just had a home inspection done by this company. They did an awesome job. Very meticulous and took their time to ensure that everything was looked at thoroughly. Their secretary was easy to talk to, they reminded us of the appointment, and they did more than just a regular inspection. In past experience using a different home inspector, they were not thorough and decided not to inspect things like the foundation and check for leaks for different features.
