ExpensAble is perfect for processing expense reports.Use Cases and Deployment Scope - All of the employees in our firm use ExpensAble to enter their own expense reports and then a manager approves them. After that approval, I review and approve the reports again a second time. The next step is exporting them to QuickBooks to process the payments. In my opinion, Beware InsperityUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We had engaged Insperity to help with payroll and benefits administration.Cons - Communicating policies and rules clearly.Likelihood to Recommend - Insperity sent an employee handbook to all my employees saying they couldn't have guns on company property without any form of consultation asking or anything. As a result, I missed the enrollment period by 4 days. After being instructed to file by paper, they denied me coverage! In my opinion, Do NOT invest any time into investigating Insperity. They will require you to submit all of your current pricing for all of your services.
