When I toured this community, I could not believe how caring each associate was. The food was fantastic. well presented and garnished. The servers were very attentive to ensure the residence needs were met in the dining room. I would feel very comfortable bringing Mom here to live rest of her life. I live all the way across the country in Tampa, Florida, I know that the residents here are well taken care of and mom will well, taken care of! I spoke with [name removed] the Sales Director she was very nice and full of information. I’m looking for a family member who is not really wanting to leave their home. [name removed] spoke with them and encouraged them to just try it! She said, “ The community is not perfect but we are striving to be and of you ever find something you don’t like let us know.” We appreciate the fact that she was honest and wanted to help.

I like the staff at this community, they are very helpful. The Sales Director [name removed] was very helpful and responsive. I have made many friends, I participant in the activities. The food has also been good. Thank you Inspirations

I'm very fond of a lot of the care staff here, the dining staff is great and helpful. Apartment size in nice. I like that the community takes us on outings! I have lived in this community over two years!

My friend is a pescatarian and found the food choices lacking. He has progressed to independent living and moved to Fellowship Square. Overall nice community. Food service lacking but safe secure facility. Small size is a good thing. My friend progressed and needed more independence, but we would recommend Inspirations of River Centre to other families.

My friend is a vegetarian and they promised to accommodate that but once he moved in grilled cheese was his go to option. After complaining he finally (3 weeks into his stay) met with Asst. Chef and since more options were provided. It was clear they did not have anything in place for this but finally came through. Otherwise my friend likes it there. It is a lifestyle change and there are growing pains.

I toured Inspirations of River Centre and it was a great tour. We chose another community because they offer direct care and they accept Medicare. If our loved one runs out finances down the road, they won't have to move to a different community.

The staff members are great, and we do think the value is outrageous and our loved one has one of the smallest rooms at the community. It would be better if the food was edible, the food is pretty bad. We take our loved one food so they can put it in the refrigerator. They have no regards for diabetics there. The quality of the care was good, however there would be a few times where someone did not know what they were doing, but it was addressed by the other staff members immediately.
