I became a customer of Install America in September 2022 after being referred to them by my mother. She had her windows replaced and had a wonderful experience with Jeff and his crew. I contacted Install America because my 1870 home had original wooden windows that couldn’t be opened and was leaking air. I wanted to replace them and get new vinyl windows along with getting rid of a rotting4 foot wooden fence and replacing it with a 6 foot vinyl fence. I can honestly say my bathroom project which was my first install was a mess, and i dont recommend this business. while the people they sent out were nice , and worked diligently, the communication was horrible, it looked nice when they left but wasnt til after they left i found all the problems. leaky bath faucet with a bent pipe, completely wrong window i had to hold closed with styrofoam and trying to get a hold of someone besides rude salespeople was ridiculous. when they finally did send someone from thier own company t... read more
The work done by Install America was exceptional….final product look better than the computer generated picture we planned off. Both contractors were on time, courteous, and professional. Will definitely consider Install America for future needs and would recommend their work to others
Steven did our bathroom. He is like a one-man machine! He worked steady, and hard. Besides being a nice person to work with, he went above and beyond to give us our dream bathroom! Never did we think, in an old house like ours, that we could get such a wonderful space. So thankful we had this professionally done! Thanks going out to Steven and to Install America!
