So upset right not. Not posting for sympathy or anything but today I went to @integrateddental and got the @colgate in office whitening treatment done. During the first interval I told the lady that my bottom lip had begun tingling. She seemed very inexperience and careless to say the least. Worst place to be in for dental, we four family member went to visit for our annual clean up and we asked if they take the insurance they said they do and asked them do the preventive annual clean up. We got bills now with for all 4 all different amount even though all were clean up. The charged amount to insurance was $410, Insurance already paid $331 and I got a bill of $79. Overcharged for the service: they charged $410 for an annual preventive care clean up service. Insurance paid $331 and I got a bill of $79, I was told it's a preventive care so it should be covered. When I called them now she said we signed up a paper any remaining will be billed. The clean up tool not more then one hour and it was not even done by dentist. JUST A RIP OFF PLACE.
