Birdeye and Pro MaX Online Integration
ProMax is a dealership management software used by automobile dealers. ProMax offers a wide range of features including inventory management, desking, call tracking, website management, report management, lead generation, and more.
Birdeye integrates with ProMax to help automobile dealers send out review requests to their customers. This integration lets you send review requests to your customers automatically.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with your ProMax account, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your customer information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to prospective customers.
