Birdeye and SuzyDental Integration
SuzyDental is an online dental Practice Management Software (PMS). SuzyDental allows users to plan patient treatment, manage schedules, customer interaction, patient billing, insurance etc.
Birdeye integrates with SuzyDental to help dentists send out review requests to their patients. The SuzyDental-Birdeye integration lets you automate review request SMS and emails.
After your Birdeye account is integrated with SuzyDental, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. Once Birdeye captures your patient information within your Birdeye account, review requests will start being sent to your patients automatically on a daily basis. This will help you maintain a constant flow of fresh reviews, moving your business up in search results and giving you greater brand visibility so prospective patients can easily find you.
