Birdeye and Zeus Concepts Integration
Zeus is a dealership management software used by automobile dealers to increase vehicle sales. Zeus offers features like customer information management, inventory management, BHPH, desking tools, unlimited forms printing, integration tools, custom reporting, and more.
Birdeye integrates with Zeus to help vehicle dealers send out review requests to their customers. The Zeus-Birdeye integration fully automates the review request and review generation process.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with your Zeus account, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After your customer information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to your prospective customers.
