Ivonne was wonderful--she really took the time to explain everything and was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend!
The studio is located inside a larger wellness center in Ste. 10. Ivonne is attentive and has a light touch, but is still able to soothe and stretch tired muscles. If you are getting an aromatherapy massage, be aware that the masseuse may use gloves to protect her hands from over-exposure to the oils. This does not negate the affects of the massage, but does slightly change the overall sensation at times. I found my massage very restful and I'm pleased with the value of the Groupon.
When trying to change my appointment, the phone answering machine said the voicemail was full. Not encouraging. When I arrived for the appointment, there was no one to be found. No one answered my calls of "hello?". A front desk or check-in area would be an easy fix. The massage was ok, I have had many massages that were much better. I do not plan to return.

Excellent massage today with Ivonne Ramos. Her massage was gentle but firm. It was exactly what my body, in a fibromyalgia flare-up, needed. Finally got relief! I made another appointment immediately!
