They are quick to get you in, the staff is super nice and the PA James was great with my child. I love the late hours they are open so it makes it possible to go after work if you or your child is sick.

Katie, Ariel, and Tiffany took care of my little girl at the Urgent Care clinic in Copperas Cove. They were so kind, and energetic, and made her feel like her injury was nothing. The check-in process is simple and streamlined. The waiting room is clean. The people are super kind! (I had Mrs. Angela Merida, who was the most kind and caring nurse!!! And Doc Bobbie Sims, who was also great!) And they quickly figured out what was going on.

My timing was great. Almost zero wait time. The nurse was so understanding it was refreshing. The doctor was AMAZING. Took me less than an hour start to finish. The facility is clean and welcoming.
