I had an amazing experience from the moment I called them to see if they took my insurance, to confirmation, check-in, x-rays, dentist exam, dental hygienist cleaning, checkout/payment/scheduling, referral, and follow up billing assistance. I am should have started with I am SCARED OF DENTISTS and THEIR TOOLS. I was out at complete ease by the way they worked efficiently but prioritized my comfort first. My entire family is now booked for appts.
