This practice was recently acquired by new owners and this Facebook page exclusively belongs to Perfect Smile of Wellington. We have no access to patient information for any other offices besides this one. If you would like to call us (561-204-4494) tomorrow we're opened at 9:00 am and would be happy to speak with you.
Horrible horrible horrible! Spent a fortune (cash patient) with them and turns out they did such a horrible job on my crown. It broke after 6 months, came back and had a dental hygienist yelled at me for breaking it. Then Dr Kapoor tried to fix it and while fixing it he slipped and hurt the tooth next to it with the drill. Been 2 years with the sensitivity now but when i mentioned it to him, he claimed that there’s nothing wrong with the tooth. Now my new dental place had to fix all of their jobs. Mandee so sorry to hear of your experience, it seems like you had time with your crown. We never want our patients to feel like they are taken advantage of. Sometimes a tooth appears to be saved and that is what our first goal is Is to save teeth. But we aren't always so likely. Our staff are very passionate about saving teeth. The front desk/administration have no attention detail. They will schedule appointments and then change them without your approval. They will always try to charge more than you should be paying. Some of the ladies won't admit to their shortcomings and being overwhelmed! Office manager is a liar. My insurance paid for x-rays and according to the argument between insurance and Perfect Smile Dentistry the records and x-rays should be provided to the insurance and patient (me).
