I am so pleased with the experience I had today with Nathan. He was very polite, knowledgeable and displayed the upmost professionalism when explaining everything to me. As a new homeowner (and pool owner), I had no idea what to expect. Thank goodness for Nathan! I will only use Integrity Pools!

Anthony Taylor and Uriel just installed a new pool pump and the guys rock. I would only recommend Integity pool service for any work on your swimming pool, from weekly maintenance to any repairs. This company and the employees rock. Monica in repairs was so helpful as well, John V

The workers were nice and friendly. They were good to always close the gate, which is important to keep the dog in. The only downside was a lack of someone who supervised each crew and kept me in the loop. The office team did a good job but I would have liked to have one person I could go to with my questions. There was confusion over my pool being completely drained since I was only having the spa resurfaced. If I had someone who was overseeing everything, then I would not have been surprised. Overall, it was a good and easy process.

I've been using Integrity Pools for almost 2 years now and couldn't be happier. Josiah comes every week like clockwork (seriously don't think he's ever missed a day!) and leaves every time with my pool sparkling clean and balanced. He always pays attention to how my equipment is performing as well, and makes recommendations as necessary. On top of that, and perhaps even more important, he's a great communicator and a super friendly guy who represents his company well. When I first started using Integrity Pools I had an issue with recurring algae and they were diligent in finding a resolution. It hasn't been back since! Keep up the great work Josiah and Integrity!

The process was certainly not flawless, however, for every hiccup along the way, they were quick to find a solution to any issues that came up. It was an overall good experience especially considering the difficulty of supplies, demand, and backup our world is currently experiencing. We are pleased with our end product and working with Mike in sales and Brad and Sara in Customer Service/Communication. I would do business with Integrity again in the future.

Our pool remodel was a breeze thanks to Integrity and their crews. Easy and direct communication with the office, field supervisors, and remodel team was especially appreciated.
