Chad is great! He sent text messages to let us know we were on the schedule for filter cleaning and then text messages of on his way to service the pool. He followed through with pictures of before and after as well as to let us know everyone working great. We use Integrity for our weekly service and repairs as well.
Miles is a very responsive and professional representative of Integrity Pools. He gets the job done even when others are dropping the ball. He communicated very well and made sure that I got what was right and followed through every time. He is very valuable to this pool company and without him the outcome would have been different. If you need a job done well, have Miles at Integrity Pools involved in the process.
Miles Flynn with integrity pools was fantastic!! He helped set up our new pool and all the features that comes with our new investment. Highly recommend integrity pools and ask for Miles!!!
Jordan did a great job cleaning our pool today! He made extra effort since our power was off to the pool.
