My daughter was treated poorly here last week, you could tell my daughter was in pain etc but no tests besides covid and flu. Knowing she was in there crying do to the pain she was in, a simple urine test would’ve taken a second but nope they didn’t check her for nothing else and we ended up in the ER with a UTI that could’ve been take care of when she went to Urgent Care a couple days prior. My mom was treated very poorly Thursday the 12th, by provider Ryan. Acted like my mom was seeking drugs. Nurse Rikki was great with her. If I could leave no stars I would!!
