A heavy tractor hood fell on my hand,boss took me to Integrity "Urgent" Care. I sat in the waiting room for almost two hours, there was nobody else with a painful emergency injury, but I still waited until very last. Never saw a real doctor, just a physician's assistant. No broken bones but he said that I would be in pain for several days or more. My boss said "he's obviously in bad pain, give him something for it!" Don’t go to integrity clinic and expect to be seen. Walk- ins are not allowed like they are advertising! I called and looked here on Facebook to see if they were open and if an appointment was needed. The calling answering message said “walk-ins welcome”, as well as the Facebook business page. I took my son today and was told by the front receptionist that an appointment was needed. They could not see him for another 2 1/2 hours. We basically drove to Athens for nothing. Y'all didn't do my husband right. He was seen & treated there recently for bronchitis. He was only given a steroid shot & cough syrup but not any pills. Cost $75 with our insurance. A few days later he was worse. Called & his doctor was going to call him steroid pills in to our pharmacy. They weren't called in though. So, I called y'all the next day about it. Staff was kind of snarky and I was told his doctor was off and that the one working that day wouldn't call any in for him. Only way would be to see him again. We didn't... read more

This place just sucks all the way around! Poor staff and very unprofessional! Covid testing is just that lets not take up Urgent Care patient spots who are really sick and have symptoms for "OMG I wonder if I am positive cause my coworkers friends mother's aunt is and I saw them a month ago so maybe I can get OFF work for 10 days!" Hate what our health care world has turned into it's like living in a 3rd world country!!

I called ahead to have my daughter seen, I made an appointment and was only told it was a first come first serve basis but could MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, so I did. I get there, check in and wait over 30 minutes. I then ask about the confusion I had and was told only online appointments were taken first then the list I was added to comes next. I was NEVER told this. I could not get my daughter into her primary, and then waited around all day to come here only to wait with a 3 year old feeling ill. I am very unhappy with this clinic. I walked is asked to be seen she said no by appointment only. We called 20 mins prior and they did not tell us that. Then they said you can be seen tomorrow and it was on a first come first serve basis. The time was a hour and a fifteen minutes before they closed and they had two others in the waiting room. charging people for covid test is bs. you all are just money hungry and don't care about your patients. I'll suffer or even die before I go back cause thats what you'll do If I don't have any money. worst urgent care I've ever been to

I went for a Covid 19 test. I asked the front person if I was covered on Medicare. She took my card, ran my information and then told me to go back there with the doctor. The test was done. Tell me why almost six months later, I am being billed for 200.00 dollars????? Nope, I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I left a review just to Integrity hoping they would make things right but all I got was a call asking how serious my symptoms were. I went to integrity before for a small issue and they were great so I would suggest this urgent care for a small issue but anything else go to a real doctor. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes the doctor ran over my symptoms and prescribed me cough medicine and anti nausea.
