I have been to this clinic 3 times, first time was a long wait but decent care. The second time was seen in an hour or so then told by the nurse she would be right back with my paperwork, 45 minutes later I checked on the status and was told, "oh I didn't know you were still in there" REALLY!!!!! The third time I checked soon enough but never called again for paperwork. They checked & I didn't even exist in the system!! They forgot about me again!!!!! I sat for about an hour and a half with a unbearable toothache just for them to tell me they can't do anything for me.
Took my 4 year old early Saturday evening (around 4pm) & it was OK. There was my car & a truck in the parking lot, but we STILL had to WAIT a little longer than I expected. the blonde female nurse was SUPER NICE!!! A+ service from her! She was very gentle when she had to swab INSIDE his throat & nose! Called this place to ask a medical question about a current t condition my son has and not one time I was asked if he was seen there before, got transferred to another lady who was extremely rude( maybe cause it was 10 minutes to close time) and she proceeded to tell me to call my sons doctor, mind you 1st time she said this to me and basically was told to go call sons doctor and leave her alone..
