We were having issues with our directory not pulling up any individual names when searching so I reached out to see what the problem was. Brandon was very patient with me and tried every way to fix the issue and assured me that it would get resolved the same day. This is our 4th installation of an electronic directory with ITS. Each experience has been great! Design, development and installation was a very smooth process. Our tenants love the new addition to the lobby. Instantly makes the lobby look more modern. The directories are easy to update and the on-going customer service is fantastic.
