These guys are the WORLDS WORST! Had them out to fix a simple plumbing issue and after the owner Jim, came out, I found that he all but ruined the fixture itself by trying to make the repair with poor tools. I showed him the damage and after admitting he caused it, he promised to renew the fixture but refuses to do so. I tried for months to get him to follow thru and all I got was promise after promise, and excuse after excuse. Stay FAR from this guy and his company.
