Carolyn is the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. She continuously talked over me while I tried to ask questions about materials on the estimate that were not needed. I called at 825am and she told me they were closed. I said i thought you opened at 8 and she replied they did but she didn't have time to answer my questions until later. After installation, I called asking about charges for materials on the estimate for luan that she put on the estimate that anyone would know I would not need. Mr Boggess, I'm sorry that you are not happy with your experience with Carolyn. She normally isn't rude and I'm not sure why or what might have been said for her to be rude to you. Your conversation with her has been discussed between the two of us here at the store. I'm also not sure why you would be mad when your job came in under the quoted price that was agreed upon 2 weeks in advance of doing the job???
