Carolyn is the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. She continuously talked over me while I tried to ask questions about materials on the estimate that were not needed. I called at 825am and she told me they were closed. I said i thought you opened at 8 and she replied they did but she didn't have time to answer my questions until later. After installation, I called asking about charges for materials on the estimate for luan that she put on the estimate that anyone would know I would not need.
