I was seen promptly and treated respectfully
Front office staff were friendly and professional. Dominique took my vitals with care. Dr. Krstic gave me a thorough explanation of the results of my blood work. Great visit.
When I arrived at the Burnham Springs location, the staff at the front checked me in right away in a courteous manner. After a short wait, I went in to see Dr. Hou, who is an excellent PCP. I literally drive all the way across Las Vegas to see him as there are closer locations near me. He's worth that extra effort to see.
I arrived on time to have my blood work done and there was no delay. Waiting area was clean Desk persons were helpful and efficient. There had been an issue with someo e who had co.e with a patient and the front and back office handled that appropriately. Doctor was her awesome self and went over all my questions and provided information. And a prescription. Overall both she and her staff run an efficient and compassionate office
I think you are etalking about the emergency service that I called. The nurse was patient as I explaioned my symptoms and rreassured me that it was not serious and told ,e what to do. Which I did and felt much better. I have not had an office visit for a while but have an appointment in December.
The cardiologist was thorough very understanding she just treated me with deep respect and I loved it I'm going to make her my cardiologist for now on
This appointment was for my mom 94 years young. She had an amazing visit with staff and her Dr. All went well and she is on the road to a complete recovery.
It was very good to talk to Dr Krstic.She answered all my questions.
