My daughter Sarah had a face time appointment with Dr. Fihn on Tuesday this week. As she was talking to him I passed by her and Dr. Fihn started asking me how I was feeling. This was so touching because he knows I just had major surgery on Jan 27th. I had my neck fused together and I am still in the healing process! Sarah was touched by that too! I ADORE Dr. Fihn.....

Dr Fihn is great once you get past all the ineffective staff. And don't even think if you call the people you talk to know what they are talking about....they don't nor do they follow up as they say they will. None of my visits have gone particularly well since they moved to their "new and improved" clinic. Ist visit the woman at the desk did not look at the sign in clipboard that I had signed. She told the other girl sitting there "the clip boards slow me down" thus everyone was seen in the waiting room before me. When I... read more

I wish I could give less than one star. I've had double vision for a week. I've already been to an eye doctor and been diagnosed but I wanted to go to my primary care physician to get their opinion. I called on Monday to ask for an appointment with Dr. Fihn, the lady asked me I was ill and I told her that I was seeing double, she told me I could come in that day and that somebody would see me. When I showed up I was seen by somebody that wasn't a doctor. He didn't know what was wrong or what to do, he told me to make an app... read more
This office is not efficient Front desk does not handle information properly So that you won't have to continually contact to Have insurance billed correctly. My insurance card shows them on it office visit Copayment $0 Why they send a bill for professional visit and charge $336.00.

I had to wait 4 months for an appointment, which wasn't the problem. I hadn't had a lot of enthusiasm to start the process in the first place. The wait wasn't bad, I wait my 3.8 months and confirm the appointment through their nice text system only to have a follow up call from their office. The doctor that they gave me the appointment with is so busy that if he needs to have a follow up appointment with me it will take 3.5 months (on average), so can I reschedule with another doctor?
